STUDIO RULES & POLICIES

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Security Deposit

A 50% non-refundable security deposit is required to secure your studio session date. The remaining balance must be cleared in full prior to the commencement of your scheduled session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your booked slot to transfer your security deposit to a future date. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in a total forfeit of the booking fee.

Session Extensions

Your booking period includes your set-up, creative execution, and clean-up time. Extensions are subject to studio availability and will be billed in 30-minute blocks according to our standard premium hourly rate.

Cleanup & Responsibility

The studio must be returned in the original pristine state. All art supplies must be thoroughly cleaned at our designated creative wash bays, and all trash discarded properly. Failure to clean up will result in a professional cleanup fee.

Decorations & Space Modification

No permanent modifications, heavy-duty tape, hooks, or nails are permitted on studio walls. All set props, external production lights, and major decorative pieces must be formally declared and pre-approved by our team.
